What inspired you to write ‘Revenge is Sweet’?
“It is an anthem of resilience and personal strength in the face of heartbreak. This song captures the journey from pain to empowerment, highlighting the idea that sometimes the best revenge is taking action. With its catchy melodies and emotionally charged lyrics, ‘Revenge is Sweet’ offers listeners a relatable experience to what they wish they would have done.”
“For this song a breakup becomes the catalyst for a comeback. ‘Revenge is Sweet’ is a country song that encapsulates the rollercoaster of emotions when you turn heartache into fuel for your own inner badass.”
Is the release accompanied with a music video?
“I’m really excited about the release of the music video as I used AI to visually recreate the story of the song. From the bar scene up, moving through the emotions of a scorned lover to the brokenness of a man that sees his most prized possession in pieces.”
“It was really fun piecing the different scenes together and I really learned a lot in terms of making use of camera angles, drilling down on script to video creation and will definitely be using another AI generator to make a video again.”
“The video will be available on the release date, 29th August, on YouTube and short snippets will be teased on TikTok in the upcoming weeks.”
Is there a story behind the cover artwork? Did you make it yourself?
“Seeing that a car is the central part of the revenge I chose a black Mustang as such an iconic muscle car that screams power and style. Destroying it as a vengeful act of processing the hurt spurred me on to make it the central focus of the artwork and hopefully drawing attention to both men and women alike.”
