New Release – Hands on the Wheel by Riley Whittaker

Riley Whittaker is a 17 year old singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Nashville, TN (USA). She is originally from Sedona, Arizona where she began writing songs at the age of 12. Riley moved to Nashville in 2020 to pursue music. She performs often throughout Nashville both solo and with her band. Riley has 10 original singles out and a six song EP. Riley’s newest song ‘Hands on the Wheel’ is her 11th single.

“The song is about two people who obviously have feelings for each other but nobody will make a move. It embodies the frustration love can bring while exemplifying a fresh indie-pop sound that is perfect for screaming in your car.”

“I recorded it in Nashville and posted it on TikTok not thinking much of it, but it ended up doing well so I decided to make it my next release!”

“I wrote ‘Hands on the Wheel’ a couple months ago (June or July 2022) and it was recorded here in Nashville.”
