New Release – Energy (Octophonic Remix) by Lucas Gil

Lucas Gil is a Brighton (UK) based musician, artist and producer.

“My genres are mainly electronica and trip-hop but I do dip into different styles as well. My first album ‘Not Yet’ was released in early 2018 and its remastered edition with a bonus song and 3-track promo EP ‘1984’ was then released in fall of 2019.”

“My second album ‘Rainland’ has been released in March 2020. Promoting single ‘Escape’ has been the most streamed of all of my material, surpassing 120k streams on Spotify alone at the time of writing. ‘Exosphere EP’ is my latest work, this was released in summer 2022.”

How would you describe it?

“This unique take on ‘Energy’ takes this track to a different level and meaning. Originally, an opening track to ‘Exosphere’ EP, ‘Energy’ talks about the Universe, and the energy as a whole, with a deeper and wider meaning. ‘Octophonic’ takes this track to new heights, adding different layers and presenting the energy as a source of power.”

What are you hoping to achieve with this release?

“I wish that this hard work would be noticed by many and listened by more.”
