Yes! Another week, another chart update! Here’s TOP20 2023 wk04. Again difficult choices to make. The tracks by JONSAW, NICE GUY, THE HEIGHT and THE LOST TRADES can be found in the Spotify HALL OF FAME playlist where they will grow old. We just couldn’t resist. THE FUTURE US has another #1 single. Congratulations guys!

New entries

We have 4 new entries in the TOP20 this week. We’ve selected the tracks: at #12 we find some Bristol based underground rockband KROOKED TONGUES with their single “Lupines”. At #15 “Homemade Paris” by the 2nd Vote4Fav winners: SHAYAN REGAN and The BLINDFOLD EXPERIENCE. At #17 “Endless Sleep” by BROKEN BEAR. And at #19 the new single “If You Ever” by ALI GILBERT.

Bonus tracks

And again 5 brilliant new bonustracks, selected with a little help from our friends Jan (radio de Schans), Sara (inthebucketplaylist) and our spotlight artist: THE NAMED DRIVERS from Scotland. Give them a spin!

Yes, we receive between 300 and 800 new submissions every week. And a lot of them are knocking on TOP20’s door. We surely miss a few gems every week, some just need a little more time to grow. Our (long) shortlist now consists of 60 tracks and 30 of the artists involved have had a track in the cooltop20 before. So, help us out.
